Description
Year of the Cat is one of those short and steep power problems that Tram is so well known for. The first ascent was by James March. Buck Branson extended the problem down a move or two to the right, which bumped the grade into the V11 or V12 range.Start squatting down at a 1 foot long, slightly knobby rail. Crank up to crimpy horizontal seam, then over the bulge on slopers. Finish up an easy slab on knobs and chickenheads.
